Women’s and children’s medical treatment capacity building project mainly constructs, provincial level women and children medical treatment service guide platform, and municipal women's and children's medical treatment application platform, and form a networked medical integrated service system which can launch medical diagnosis, treatment guidance and linkage treatment. Through project construction, it will be able to develop effective and sustainable women’s and children's medical treatment ability in provinces, cities and counties, so as to promote the comprehensive service capacity of medical treatment in the province.
