On January 31, 2023 (the tenth day of the first lunar month), the "Landcom Medical 2022 Annual Work Summary and 2023 Annual Plan Implementation Conference" with the theme of "walking together to create the future" was successfully held in Xianyang Oscar International Cinema.

         In the first part of the conference, all employees enjoyed the latest corporate promotional video of Landcom Medical in Photos of everyone's hard work and dynamic images show the company's history, product updates and expanding domestic and international sales areas. Time passes, and the 30-year glorious history of Landcom Medical is the result of everyone's selfless dedication and hard work. The development of Landcom Medical is inseparable from the foresight and wise decision-making of LANSEAD Group and the company's leadership, and even more inseparable from the hard work of employees.

         "2022 is an extraordinary year, but also a year of harvest" became the beginning of General Manager Zhu Chenxi's emotional speech: The lockdown caused by the epidemic cannot stop the spirit of Landcom people striving to be strugglers. Leaders and employees have been working overtime in the factory, the procurement department has tried its best to mobilize materials from inside and outside the province and city, the general manager department has arranged personnel to deliver things day and night and other logistical support, and the production department has stayed up late to produce. The efforts of all the above departments are only to ensure efficient and continuous production, ensure production progress and on-time delivery. In 2022, we not only achieved good results, but also demonstrated the dedication and teamwork spirit of people of Landcom. While objectively summarizing the work in 2022, General Manager Zhu clarified the overall plan for the new year and arranged and deployed the key work.

         In the next commendation session, the leaders attending the meeting presented honorary certificates and bonuses to the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company's work in 2022.          The climax of this event was the double salary distribution and lottery, and General Manager Zhu sent New Year greeting cards and bonuses to colleagues who achieved excellent results in 2022.          After watching the movie, everyone attended a dinner at the "QINGHUA Hall" of Tus Science and Technology Exhibition Hotel, and Mr. Zhu expressed his sincere New Year wishes to everyone. During the dinner, everyone toasted and interacted with each other. General Manager Zhu also sent good advice to every employee who came to toast.
