Decorated with lanterns and streamers for the New Year and make concerted effort to create new achievements | 2021 New Year Celebration

On the occasion of the New Year Spring Festival, with spring breeze and warm sunshine, in order to enrich the cultural life and enhance the work vitality and further stimulate of the enthusiasm, the general manager Mr. Zhu Chenxi with the management leaders distributed the new year gifts and greetings for all the staff who celebrated the festival and was immersed in the warmth of the big family of Landcom. The Spring Festival activity was successfully held in Lanccom factory on 9th, Feb and all staff participated gathered together to welcome the New Year.

At the beginning of the activity, General Manager Zhu Chenxi delivered a passionate speech: the year of 2020 is an extraordinary year, a year of great changes in the history of Landcom and a year creating many first prize and the best achievements. In the process of enhancing technology innovation and making the development of the sales market as the first mission, the improvement of resource optimization system has achieved remarkable results. Landcom should the enterprise’s social responsibility for contribution to prevent and control the Covid-19. The construction of the new R&D building was smoothly promoted and the automobile inspection line was orderly established. Company developed steadily and Mr Zhu Chenxi reviewed the top 10 events of Landcom with all the staff of 2020. Mr. Zhu Chenxi said the new development of Landcom has been started in 2021 and the performance of January has been over fulfilled. The whole team will make the efforts to work under the efficient and close support of company management. Sales and technology develops forward to positively meet the response of Lansead Group and we have the confidence to overcome the difficulties for achieving a better target bravely. Then Ms. Bai Yanfang, the director of Human Resources and Administration, announced the Outstanding Team and Staff commendation document of 2020. General Manager Zhu Chenxi and the company’s decision-making leaders awarded honorary certificates and bonuses to the teams and individuals who have made outstanding contributions in 2020.

General Manager Zhu Chenxi distributed the Spring Festival couplets and bonuses and expressed the best wishes of the Spring Festival. The first double salary award made all the staff more firmly believe that the employees and the enterprise develop together and they are full of striving expectations for the New Year. We celebrated the festival by writing couplets and guessing lantern riddles, which made the climax of the activity. The colleagues who love calligraphy take initiative to write Spring Festival couplets and others guessed lantern riddles competitively. The process of the activity was very cheerful with selecting content of Spring Festival couplets, weighing the words for answering the riddle and receiving the prize with smile. Many Spring Festival couplets with a symbol of good fortune have been written and conveyed the expectation to a better life yearning for the New Year.
